Customer Deliveries during Covid-19 pandemic
Australia Post remains fully operational, making deliveries across Australia and New Zealand amidst the government restrictions on non-essential activity.
The Covid-19 situation may impact the time frame in which online parcels are processed. Although we have the full commitment from Australia Post to deliver all orders as usual, we are seeing delays as they adapt to the new challenges presented by the pandemic, such as additional safety measures to protect their people and customers, reduction in domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes. Delays can be up to a few days. Colette by Colette Hayman acknowledges that these are unprecedented circumstances and although every effort is made to ensure that orders are processed within the given time lines we are not able to take any responsibility for delays caused by the impact Covid-19.

Delivery & Tracking for Australian Orders during Covid-19 pandemic.All Australian deliveries are shipped with Australia Post and will include tracking.
There are two delivery options within Australia:
- Standard Postage - Orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days from time of posting depending on your location.
- Express Postage - Orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the time of posting depending on your location.
We offer free STANDARD POSTAGE Australia-wide delivery when you place an order of $100 AUD or more. (Subject to change without notice.)
Free shipping will not apply when you’ve taken advantage of a special offer and the total dollar value of the purchase is lower than $100 after discount.

The delivery time estimates do not include handling time. Delivery time starts after your order has been dispatched from our colette by colette hayman online dispatch.

Express deliveries will be processed within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders should be delivered the next day if it's within the Australia Post Express Post Network. Please refer to the Australia Post Network areas here.
Can I Track My Order?
You are able to track your delivery - once your order is fulfilled and despatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your tracking number.

Please Note: Australia Post delivery personnel will endeavour to obtain a signature on delivery, however, should no-one be in attendance when delivery is attempted, the post agent will determine whether there is a safe, dry place for the parcel to be left on the premises. A photograph will be taken of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely (this can be provided should any disputes arise). If there’s no safe place, a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local Post Office where you will be required to sign on collection.
