Click & Collect orders dispatched on or before 5th May 2025 at available stores* will be ready for pick up before Mother's Day.

*Click & Collect may not be avaiable for certain stores due to high order volumes,  or delivery delays.

FAQs

Where is my order shipped from

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Can my order be delivered to a P.O Box, or Parcel Locker?

No. If your order is placed with a P.O Box or Parcel Locker address, our Customer Care team will be in touch to organise an alternative/residential address for you order.

Who do you ship with?

Depending on which shipping option you select at checkout, your order will be sent using Sendle, TNT, DHL or Fedex.

To guarantee a smooth delivery of your order to you, we recommend that your parcel be sent to an address where someone will be able to receive it during business hours. Some carriers require a signature upon delivery, and if no one is at the specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, carriers will leave a card. Once a parcel is delivered to a collection point, we are unable to organise a redelivery for you. Parcels are held at a collection point generally for no longer than 7 days before being returned to us.

Where is my parcel? I wasn’t home to receive it.

If you are not at your delivery address to accept your parcel, it may have been taken to a collection point or waiting further instruction for re-delivery. This information will be noted in your tracking link.

Should your parcel be returned to us, we will email you regarding re-delivery or alternative options. An additional $12 will be charged to re-dispatch the parcel to you. If we do not hear back from you within 12 months of your parcel being returned to us, your parcel will be destroyed.

If you select authority to leave at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of you selecting this delivery instruction.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my international order?

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to countries outside of Australia.

We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country.

UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched to the United Kingdom.
