GENERAL

The following terms and conditions apply to Colette by Colette Hayman VIP program Australia and New Zealand.

  • New members can earn a $10* reward when they sign-up to our VIP program
  • $10 reward is to be used on a transaction with a minimum spend of $25
  • Reward expires after 3 months
  • Must be used on next purchase. – can be used any purchase within 3 months
  • Members can redeem rewards online or in a Colette by Colette Hayman store in Australia and New Zealand only
  • Members will receive a birthday reward if they have chosen to submit their day and month of birth when signing up
  • $10 reward is to be used on a transaction with a minimum spend of $25
  • Reward expires after 3 months.
  • Surprise rewards will be released to VIP members at the discretion of Colette by Colette Hayman.
  • Reward will expire after 3 months of issue
  • Individuals who join the Colette by Colette Hayman VIP program and/or redeem Rewards agree to be legally bound by the Member Terms and Conditions
  • Rewards not to be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • Colette by Colette Hayman may collect personal information from members for the purpose of facilitating the Colette by Colette Hayman Loyalty Program. Please see Colette by Colette Hayman’s Privacy Policy for more information.
  • In its absolute discretion, Colette by Colette Hayman reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Colette by Colette Hayman VIP Program at any time. Colette by Colette Hayman will endeavour to notify all members of changes yet will not be liable if it does not.
  • Colette by Colette Hayman reserves the right to amend or replace these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any modification to the Terms and Conditions may be applied to a Member retrospectively.
  • Colette by Colette Hayman will not accept any liability for any email, mail or mobile communication to any Member that is misdirected, lost or not received.
  • Membership and VIP rewards are not transferable

REWARDS

  • Rewards will be calculated on a per member basis.
  • Reward entitlement is specific to a member account number. Where a Member holds multiple member accounts, each account operates independently for the purposes of reward calculation and redemption. To consolidate member accounts, please contact customer care.
  • Rewards will be loaded onto the Member's account with a notification sent via email.
  • Rewards will expire 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Colette by Colette Hayman will notify VIP members of any reward entitlements via email. VIP Members must provide a valid email address and agree to be contacted by email to ensure that they receive email notifications regarding rewards and rewards expiry.
  • Rewards are held in the Colette by Colette Hayman point of Sale system until redeemed or until they expire.
  • Rewards are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash and may not be redeemed on gift vouchers or postage.
  • All Rewards have an expiry date at which point they will no longer be available for redemption. Colette by Colette Hayman reserves the right to change the expiry date of any Reward at any time without prior notice.
  • Colette by Colette Hayman reserves the right to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed when using Rewards.
  • Only Rewards from one Colette by Colette Hayman VIP Member account can be presented per transaction.
  • Colette by Colette Hayman will not be held responsible or liable if Rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a technical failure of software or hardware.
  • Rewards can only be redeemed once. If you try to redeem more than once the reward redemption will subsequently be declined and our customer care team will be in contact with you.
  • Rewards can be redeemed online or at a Colette by Colette Hayman store in Australia and NZ only.
  • Rewards are earned in the currency of the country that the member signed up in.
  • Any returns may impact surprise rewards and reward entitlement. If a customer wishes to return a purchase that has been recorded on a member account, Colette by Colette Hayman will process the return and the member's account will be updated.
  • Any exchanges may impact the member’s account, and therefore, surprise reward entitlement. If a customer wishes to exchange a purchase and the exchange is for a product of lesser value than the initial purchase, Colette by Colette Hayman will process the exchange and the member's account will be adjusted to reflect the exchange.

HOW TO REDEEM A REWARD

COLETTE BY COLETTE HAYMAN AUSTRALIA OR NEW ZEALAND STORES:

  • Your reward is waiting for you at the register. Simply show your reward email to a Colette by Colette Hayman team member or supply your member account information and we’ll apply it to your purchase at the register (available at stores within Australia and New Zealand only).
  • Use our store locator to find a location near you.

COLETTE BY COLETTE HAYMAN ONLINE:

  1. Sign in to your online account using your registered VIP email address.
  2. Available coupons will be displayed at checkout for redemption on your transaction
