Zip Pay is available for online purchases in Australia only. Online purchases made using Zip Pay are unable to be returned to a colette by colette hayman store for an exchange or refund, we require all returns and exchanges for purchases made using Zip Pay to be made via our customer service team on 1300 087 002 or customercare@colette.com.au
