Delivery & Tracking for Australian Orders
It's important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. Express orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours or the next business day. Although we also endeavour to process standard delivery orders as quickly as possible, these are processed in the order in which they are received. During busy sale and promotional periods, you may experience some delays on standard orders so it is advisable to choose the express shipping option if you require delivery within a short time frame. All Australian deliveries are shipped with Australia Post and will include tracking.
There are two delivery options within Australia:
Standard Postage - Flat Rate $7.95 AUD
Orders will arrive within 2-7 business days from time of posting depending on your location.
Express Postage - Flat Rate $9.95 AUD
Orders will arrive within 1-4 business days from the time of posting depending on your location.
Same-Day Delivery - Flat Rate $12.95 AUD
Orders placed before 12 p.m. (AEST) will arrive bewteen 6 pm - 9pm the day of purchase, Monday to Friday.
Christmas Delivery Cut-Off
To ensure your delivery arrives by Christmas, all standard orders must be placed before 9 a.m. (AEST) and express orders must be place before 12 p.m. (AEST) on the date listed below for your area.

- Metro Express: order by 23rd December
- Metro Standard: order by 19th December
- Regional Express: order by 20th December
- Regional Standard: order by 16th December
New Year's Eve Delivery Cut-Off
To ensure your delivery arrives by New Year's Eve, all standard orders must be placed before 9 a.m. (AEST) and express orders must be place before 12 p.m. (AEST) on the date listed below for your area.
- Metro Express: order by 30th December
- Metro Standard: order by 26th December
- Regional Express: order by 27th December
- Regional Standard: order by 23rd December
Free Delivery Promotion
We offer free STANDARD POSTAGE Australia-wide delivery when you place an order of $75.00 AUD or more. (Subject to change without notice.)
Free shipping will not apply when you’ve taken advantage of a special offer and the total dollar value of the purchase is lower than $75 after discount.
If you want your order to receive priority fulfillment and sent Express Post, a flat rate of $10.00 will be charged irrespective of purchase value.

Express deliveries will be processed the same day provided we receive the order before 12 p.m. (AEST). Orders should be delivered the next day if it's within the Australia Post Express Post Network. Please refer to the Australia Post Network areas here.
Saturday & Same-Day Delivery
All orders must be made before 12 p.m. (AEST) to qualify for same-day delivery. Deliveries cannot be made to a business where operating hours do not comply with the 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. (AEST) time frame. We do not deliver to a PO Box address or 24/7 Parcel Locker. Only orders made on a Friday qualify for Saturday delivery between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. (AEST). Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sundays. Saturday and same-day delivery is only available for specific post codes in the Sydney area. To find out if your post code qualifies for same-day delivery, click here.
Can I Track My Order?
You are able to track your delivery - once your order is fulfilled and despatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your tracking number.

Please Note: Australia Post delivery personnel will endeavour to obtain a signature on delivery, however, should no-one be in attendance when delivery is attempted, the post agent will determine whether there is a safe, dry place for the parcel to be left on the premises. A photograph will be taken of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely (this can be provided should any disputes arise). If there’s no safe place, a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local Post Office where you will be required to sign on collection.
