Delivery & Tracking
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Your final shipping charges will be clearly presented on the checkout page before you proceed to payment.
Please note that freight costs are payable in addition to the product price, ensuring transparency in the total cost of your purchase. To obtain an accurate delivery quote, simply add the desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. Your delivery rate will be provided at that stage.
Delivery timeframes below are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Please note that orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being shipped. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional service that covers your order against unexpected issues during transit, like damage, loss, or theft. If you choose to add this protection, it gives you peace of mind knowing that, should something happen to your package en route to your address, Colette will replace or refund your items at no additional cost. Once item has been marked as delivered by the courier Colette will not be responsible for any lost packages.
Shipping protection does not cover loss or damage caused to the parcel by the receiver.

Standard delivery starts from $8.95 AUD and express delivery starts from $14.95 AUD.

New Zealand (NZ) – Estimated Delivery Times
