Christmas 2025 delivery cut-off dates 

To help ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas Day (25 December), we recommend placing your order by the dates below. These timeframes are based on our shipping partners’ guidelines and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Regional Cities & Towns. Order by: 15th December

Interstate Cities. Order by: 17th December

Metro Area. Order by: 19th December

These dates are a guide only and are based on orders being placed before 11:59pm (AEST) and dispatched within our usual handling time. Unexpected carrier delays, adverse weather and other external factors may impact delivery timeframes.

Free shipping on orders over $100*

*We offer FREE standard delivery for ALL Australian orders over $100AUD. 

Free delivery will not apply when you’ve taken advantage of a special offer and the total dollar value of the purchase is lower than $100 AUD* after the discount.

Delivery & Tracking for Australian Orders

Delivery charges are subject to variation based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Your final shipping charges will be clearly presented on the checkout page before you proceed to payment. Please note that freight costs are payable in addition to the product price, ensuring transparency in the total cost of your purchase. To obtain an accurate delivery quote, simply add the desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. Your delivery rate will be provided at that stage.

There are two delivery options within Australia:

• Standard Delivery - Orders usually arrive within 4-8 business days from time of dispatch depending on your location.
• Express Delivery - Orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days from time of dispatch depending on your location.
