Australia Post remains fully operational, making deliveries Internationally amidst the government restrictions on non-essential activity.
The Covid-19 situation may impact the time frame in which online parcels are processed. Although we have the full commitment from Australia Post to deliver all orders as usual, we are seeing delays as they adapt to the new challenges presented by the pandemic, such as additional safety measures to protect their people and customers, reduction in domestic and international flights, international delays and increased volumes. It's important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. It is strongly recommended that all New Zealand and international customers select the Express Post option as orders sent via the non-trackable standard mail option often experience lengthy delays. All prices on the site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in AUD. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add processing or administration fees.
All international orders are shipped using an International Express Courier. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Orders can be tracked at http://auspost.com/track.
Duties & Taxes:
All international orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%). Prices are as marked.
To comply with Australian export requirements, we are must declare the full value of items ordered on the invoice. All products are sold on a ‘Delivery Duty Unpaid’ basis.
Import duty or customs entry fees or taxes may be applied at the parcel destination point depending on the importing legislation of the destination country. Customers are, therefore, required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. These costs are payable by the receiver of the goods and are beyond our control. We do not accept any liability should penalties or fees be applied.
Cosmetic products can only be shipped to Australian and New Zealand destinations. All other international destinations are excluded from purchasing cosmetic products online.
Returns Policy for International Customers
We do not offer returns for change of mind items purchased outside of Australia. Unwanted items purchased online should be returned to our Australian online store.
If your item/s are faulty or not as ordered, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to organise the return of your item at no additional cost.
Unless items are faulty or not as described, we will not accept returns on the following;
- Item/s sold in conjunction with a sale or promotion.
- Earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
Exchange for Alternative Items:
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind items purchased outside of Australia. Unwanted items purchased online should be returned to our Australian online store.
