Online Pricing & Transactions

All prices are charged in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.

For New Zealand customers, all prices on the website are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at check out. Once you have entered your Billing and Shipping address at checkout, 10% GST will be removed from your Shopping Bag total.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is cancelled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge. We will attempt to contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Colours: While every effort is made to display the colours of our products appearing on this website as accurately as possible, colours do vary from monitor to monitor. We thus cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your computer monitor will be completely accurate.

Exclusions: Cosmetic products can only be shipped to Australian and New Zealand destinations. All other international destinations are excluded from purchasing cosmetic products online.

Order Limits: We reserve the right to decline any order in full or in part for quantities on items that exceed 5 units.

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to cancel any order that we consider to carry a high risk in terms of credit card fraud or in the case of an internal system error.

By consenting to colette by colette hayman’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of colette by colette hayman through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to colette or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other colette by colette hayman mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
