1. E-Gifts Cards & In-Store Gift Cards
The following terms and conditions govern your purchase and use of colette by colette hayman gift cards, By purchasing or using a gift card, you indicate you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, please contact Customer Care.
Colette by colette hayman online and in-store gift cards can be purchased and redeemed at any of our colette by colette hayman stores in Australia (including DFOs) or online at colettehayman.com.au. Customers with online or in-store gift cards will not be charged fees of any kind against any unused balance.
Redemption of gift cards is only applicable in Australia at one of our colette by colette hayman stores, or online via our website. Gift cards cannot be redeemed online at any online store other than colettehayman.com.au or in stores outside of Australia. Gift cards purchased from colette by colette hayman have an expiry of 36 months, or 3 years, from date of purchase. We are unable to convert your unredeemed gift card balance to cash upon expiry. Once a gift card balance reaches zero, the card has no further value and cannot be used again online or in-store. If you make a purchase using the gift car for an amount that exceeds the value of the gift card, you must pay the excess amount using another payment method.

To check your balance, enter your gift card/voucher number and security code. Please note, your card number includes eleven (11) zeros.
Unfortunately, we do not refund the balance of any colette by colette hayman gift cards.
5. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
If you suspect that your gift card has been lost, stolen or copied, please contact our Customer Care team, immediately. Lost or stolen e-gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase. Colette by colette hayman are not liable for redeemed gift cards that have been stolen. Colette by colette hayman gift cards have a cash value and should be kept safe and secure at all times. Do not display the card number or PIN online for any colette by colette hayman gift card.
Colette by colette hayman gift cards cannot be used to purchase other colette by colette hayman gift cards. Gift cards must not be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, unless required by law. Colette by colette hayman gift cards are void if they are reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. We are not able to transfer any unused balance on any colette by colette hayman gift card.
7. Risk of Loss
Colette by colette hayman voids any ownership or risk of loss of a colette by colette hayman gift card once confirmation of purchase is sent to the recipient. We are not liable for lost or stolen colette by colette hayman gift cards. If you have any questions, please refer to our FAQs.

Please contact Customer Care if you need assistance with your gift card. Ensure you have your order number or be ready to supply your email address for identification purposes.

Colette by colette hayman gift cards can be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

11. Delivery Information & Requirements for Purchasers
Successful orders and delivery of gift cards are subject to the approval of the purchaser’s financial institution. Until the transaction has been successfully completed, your colette by colette hayman order may be cancelled or delayed.
Colette by colette hayman is not responsible for any gift cards that are undeliverable or that have not been received due to an inaccurate email address being entered by the purchaser. If you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her colette by colette hayman e-gift card and confirmation email, please ensure the email address you entered is correct and contact Customer Care. Please make sure you have your order number or be ready to supply your email address.
12. Reasons for Failed Delivery
If you have confirmed the recipient’s email address is correct but the colette by colette hayman e-gift card has still not been received after a reasonable time period, delivery may have failed due to the below:
- Email was blocked by a spam filter or routed to a spam/junk folder.
- Email was blocked by recipient’s firewall.
- Email inbox has exceeded its size limit.
- Invalid email address.
If colette by colette hayman emails are being blocked, the recipient will need to modify their email settings so that our emails are not considered spam. Please contact Customer Care with your order number for further assistance.
13. Personalised Messaging
Personalised messages can be added to a colette by colette hayman e-gift card by simply typing your message in the field provided. Personal messages are limited in length and come at no additional charge. Colette by colette hayman reserves the right to remove any inappropriate, offensive or objectionable messages.
14. Limitation of Liability
Colette by colette hayman is not liable for claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your purchase of a colette by colette hayman gift card. This includes damages from changes to or termination of the colette by colette hayman gift card program or as a result of you redeeming and/or using the gift card. This applies to damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss or damage to property and claims of third parties.
We may reasonably vary our terms and conditions from time to time. Any variations will be effective upon the posting of the revised terms and conditions on our website. Your continued use of a colette by colette hayman gift card after the posting of the revised terms and conditions constitutes your agreement to the revised terms and conditions.
