The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and team is our primary concern during what are unprecedented and uncertain times, with the outbreak of COVID-19. It is with a heavy heart we have made the decision to cease
trading at all our stores from close of business today, until further notice.
This decision has been extremely difficult, but given the health risk that COVID-19 presents, we cannot guarantee our team and customers a safe environment to be in. All 93 stores across the Australian network will close, which follows the announcement of closures in New Zealand earlier in the week.
Unfortunately we do not know how long the shutdown will last however Colette by Colette Hayman will continue to operate online whilst stores will be shut down until a future point in time. You will be notified as soon as a date is set for stores to re-open.

We are continuing to work with Australia Post to deliver and fulfil all orders as usual and can assure you that until further notice, Australia Post remains fully operational across Australia and New Zealand amidst the government restrictions on non-essential activity.
