Being a member of Colette by Colette Hayman’s, Front Row Rewards means joining a world of exclusivity and rewards! However you shop with us, you’re important to us and this program is our way of saying thanks. As you spend with us, you will progress through four tiers of benefits, where the higher the tier, the greater the benefits.
By joining Front Row Rewards, you agree to these Terms & Conditions which may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, refuse or terminate a member’s account. One account valid per person.
It’s easy to join Front Row Rewards, you can join by:
- Visiting colettehayman.com.au/account/register; or
- Creating an account with us in Colette by Colette Hayman stores.
Joining is free and there are no fees. To earn rewards, gifts, benefits or offers, referred to as benefits, you will need to make eligible purchases, as explained in these Terms & Conditions.
If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s approval to join our Front Row Rewards program. Your parent or guardian will need to read these Terms & Conditions. We will assume, if you are under 18 when you join, that you have complied with these requirements.
The benefits you receive depend on the Front Row Rewards level you have reached.
You attain Front Row Rewards by making eligible purchases on our website and in our stores.
Rewards and Benefits include:
- Earn $10 when you sign up that can be used immediately online or in-store. Minimum transaction spend of $60.
- Exclusive to members only, receive 50% off your second purchase of our range of full-priced bags, wallets or purses.
- A birthday reward.
- An anniversary reward.
- A reward every time you spend $150 in one transaction.
- Special offers and rewards throughout the year.
- Early access to sales and new collections previews.
- Our top 100 customers will also receive an exclusive limited edition gift.
- All purchases including sale items will contribute to your annual spend balance.
- Your spend balance is calculated on a daily basis and if you are eligible for a reward or multiple rewards, you will receive these via email the next day.
- Rewards cannot be earned using other rewards as part of the transaction. As an example, if you purchase items using $100 in cash and $10 in rewards, your entitlement will be calculated on the $100 of the transaction value.
- You will be sent an email notifying you of any new reward. It’s important to not unsubscribe from Colette by Colette Hayman emails otherwise you won’t be made aware of new rewards or expirations.
- If you have ‘opted out ‘of receiving emails from us, eligible vouchers can be accessed either in-store or when you make a purchase on our website.
- Members will receive a Birthday Reward if they have chosen to submit their day and month of birth when joining the Front Row Rewards program. Front Row Rewards such as Birthday Rewards cannot be backdated.
- Surprise and Special Event Rewards will be released to members at the discretion of Colette by Colette Hayman and may be retracted without notice at any time.
- Membership and rewards are not transferable.
- Colette by Colette Hayman will not accept any liability for any email, mail or mobile communication to any member that is misdirected, lost or not received.
- In its absolute discretion, Colette by Colette Hayman reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Colette by Colette Hayman Front Row Rewards Program at any time without notice. Colette by Colette Hayman will endeavour to notify all members of changes, however will not be liable if it does not.
- The Colette by Colette Hayman Front Row Rewards program is exclusively intended for individual shoppers. Rewards will be granted solely to those we can confirm as genuine personal customers. Please note that Colette by Colette Hayman retains the authority to decline your reward voucher (s) if Colette by Colette Hayman have knowledge or suspicion that you intend to resell any or all of the products from your order as part of a commercial enterprise.
- Rewards are earned in AUD.
- 50% off second bag conditions: Not in conjunction with any other offer. Discount applied to least expensive item(s) at checkout. Full price products only. Both products must be returned if you require a refund or exchange.
- Reward when you spend $150 in one transaction: One reward per transaction and total spend must total $150 or more. Full price and sale items included.
- Front Row Rewards can only be redeemed once and only through Colette by Colette Hayman stores in Australia or online at colettehayman.com.au. Rewards can only be redeemed with a minimum spend of $60 per transaction.
- Your Front Row Rewards will be available for team members to view in-store. To redeem, you must provide your Account details in-store. To redeem a reward online you must have created or have an existing online Front Row Rewards account and be logged into your account using the same email address as you used for your Front Row Rewards membership.
- Only one reward can be redeemed per transaction, and minimum spend per total transaction before reward use is $60.
- All rewards must be redeemed within 45 days from the date of issue, after which, they will no longer be available for redemption. Colette by Colette Hayman reserves the right to change the expiry date of any reward at any time without prior notice.
- When shopping online, you must reach the free shipping threshold after any rewards voucher or discount has been applied. Rewards cannot be redeemed against shipping costs.
- Rewards vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a team member discount. Rewards vouchers can be used against sales promotions.
- Colette by Colette Hayman will not be held responsible or liable if rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason, for example the failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction. But Colette by Colette Hayman will of course do its best to get it back on track, so you get all the rewards you deserve!
Until December 2024, members will retain their earnt Front Row Rewards tier membership status. After this period, members tier eligibility will be measured on each member’s initial sign-up anniversary date. This will be conducted annually.
Annual spend will determine same or new tier status. Find below spend breakdown by tier:
- Bronze Membership: Annual spend up to $149.
- Silver Membership: Annual spend between $150 and up to $499.
- Gold Membership: Annual spend between $500 and up to $999.
- Platinum Membership: Annual spend over $1,000.
Members will be notified via email of their tier retention or movement.
When returning products, the returned purchase amount will be deducted from your annual spend calculation.
If you return an item, any rewards vouchers earned from that item will be cancelled. If you used a rewards voucher when you made your purchase, the total cash amount you paid will have been reduced. The refund will be processed based on the amount paid after any rewards vouchers were applied. The exception is when the returned item is faulty, in which case you will receive a refund for the full amount of the purchase including the issue of any vouchers that were used.
If you have used a rewards voucher to purchase multiple items, your voucher will be split across the items purchased, therefore any returns will have the value adjusted accordingly.
It's crucial to ensure your information is current as this enables Colette by Colette Hayman to reach out to you regarding your membership, eligible rewards, exclusive offers, and participation in competitions. Having up-to-date details will greatly benefit you.
You can make changes to your details at any time by logging into ‘My Account’ on the Colette by Colette Hayman website, talking to one of Colette by Colette Hayman’s team members in-store or contacting Customer Service team via the “Contact Us” page on our website.
You can update or customise your communications preferences by:
- Clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link contained in promotional emails;
- Replying STOP to SMS messages; or
- Contacting Customer Service team via the “Contact Us” page on the website.
Colette by Colette Hayman is not responsible if you do not advise of any changes to your details or any changes you make to your communication preferences, which may result in you not obtaining any benefit or the loss or downgrade of your tier level.
Opting out of communications
If you would like to receive fewer communications from Colette by Colette Hayman, you can click on the “Manage Preferences” link at the bottom of any email you have received. Doing that will open our Subscription Preference Page, where you may select the types of communications you receive from us. You may also select the option of not receiving any communications at all.
If you select not to receive any communications from Colette by Colette Hayman at all, you will not be notified of any Benefits by email. You will still be able to ask in-store about the benefits you may be entitled to.
However, unless you terminate your membership, Colette by Colette Hayman will still send you important information that relates to your membership such as its termination or changes.
Terminating your membership
If you would like to terminate your Front Row Rewards membership, email our Customer Service team customercare@colette.com.au or via ‘My Account’ on our website colettehayman.com.au.
We are entitled, if we determine to do so, to terminate your Front Row Rewards membership at any time without notice if you do not use your membership for a long period of time and, as a result, we believe you are no longer a Colette by Colette Hayman customer. We may also terminate your membership without notice if we think you have breached these Terms & Conditions.
