It’s that time of year where we start getting excited about the races! The perfect excuse to put on our best dress and play up our style a little bit! 

Fashion on the field is all part of this season and what better way to finish your look than with a hair statement! 

The greatest thing about the races is the unlimited hair possibilities! Even if you stay with a traditional dress code you can either finish it with a neat, sleek and elegant look, or you can wear it soft, messy & romantic! 

It used to be all about the hats but now with all the amazing accessories such as headbands & fascinators any style can be transformed for instant glam! 

LOOK 1

Headbands right now are stunning, and it doesn’t seem to matter how your hair is styled with it. They can be worn alone, holding hair back off face or behind, leaving fringe and bangs to frame your face. Hair can be worn straight or curly, up or down. 

 LOOK 2

If you are wanting that extra race flair, then fascinators are your way to go. Same as headbands, fascinators can be worn on their own on simple hair or part of a masterpiece hair design! They can be worn anywhere on your head and can be big or small.

I love race hair because of the vast contrast of styles! My favourited look is anything boho, loose braids & waves with pastels and florals!
