Christmas should be a time of joy and happiness, but in reality, the ‘silly season’ causes a manic panic for most of us! So instead of being the Grinch of Christmas 2016 we are providing you with some helpful do’s on how to experience this holiday with no worries at all. Here’s how…

1. Maintain your everyday lifestyle

Just because it is Christmas doesn’t mean your healthy eating habits and exercise regime are out the window. We are all about the ‘treat yo self’ lifestyle but try and avoid the munchie’s to excess.

2. Create a list

If Santa is making a list, and checking it twice, then so can you! By creating a plan it only takes a few minutes out of your day and you will feel more prepared and calm of the tasks that are ahead.

3. Get help from others by teaming up with family members

Who doesn’t love a group present? By having more money to play you can purchase a special item off someone’s wish list. Contact your grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and cooperate to conquer this difficult task of present giving. Make a new Christmas tradition by organising a Kris Kringle!

4. Online shopping!

Hate crowds? Browse the web for the best price steals, be sure to check reviews and make sure shipping is well before the 25th December and fill that shopping cart up with lots of goodies!

5. Can’t decide what to buy?
