1. GET ORGANISED
New year, new you right? Organise your notebooks, buy a ton of folders, highlighters, file tabs and anything that will help you keep things on track. Of course, a true boss will need a bag that fits all of this into. Think monochrome large totes for a chic everyday look or a backpack for a more casual approach.

2. PUNCTUALITY
Such simple advice but can often go astray! To any lady who’s juggling more than 100 things at once, time management is crucial. My advice? Set regular sleeping patterns, get a watch and a diary, and don’t leave things to the last minute!

3. POWER DRESSING
Dress like you mean business. if you are lacking inspiration, start with monochrome pieces (black in every shade please) and work in pops of colour. A bright red bag will amp up your style and a glitzy statement necklace will bring any outfit to life.

4. WORK HARD
